About the AuthorSarena Ulibarri is the author of more than fifty published short stories. Her solarpunk novella Another Life (Stelliform Press) won the 2025 New Mexico Book Award for Science Fiction and has been translated into Spanish and Catalan. She is a graduate of the Clarion Fantasy and Science Fiction Writers’ Workshop at UCSD and earned an MFA at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
